Insurance

We will bill your insurance company for you.  We are participating providers with most major insurance companies.  We accept many insurances including, but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allegiance, MUST, New West Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Tricare.  We also accept patients with Worker’s Compensation Claims, Medicare, Montana Medicaid, VA, Auto injury cases and Legal cases. 

Montana does not require you to have a prescription for physical therapy from your doctor.  However, some insurance companies still require it.  Please check with your insurance company if you have any questions regarding this as each plan can differ.
